This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments and cancellations are handled for services offered by Navisha Edu.

REFUND POLICY

Payments once made are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are processed solely at the discretion of Deepika S – Proprietor, Navisha Edu.

1. No Refund on Services Already Provided

Once a service is initiated—such as counselling, university selection, SOP/LOR writing, or admission processing—fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Before Service Begins

If the student cancels before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

Once document review or application processing has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Visa or Admission Rejections

Refunds are not provided in cases of:

• 1. Visa rejection
• 2. Admission rejection
• 3. Delays caused by university or embassy
• 4. Changes in immigration or admission rules
• 5. Navisha Edu provides guidance but does not control decisions made by external authorities.

4. Incorrect or Fake Documentation

If the student provides false, forged, or misleading documents:

• 1. All services will be terminated
• 2. No refund will be issued
• 3. Legal action may be taken if required

5. Change of Country / University

• If the student decides to change their preferred country or university after work has begun, additional charges may apply.
• Previously paid fees will not be refunded or transferred to a different service.

6. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

• Processing time is 7–14 business days
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method

7. Third-Party Fees

Fees paid directly to third parties cannot be refunded by Navisha Edu, including:

• 1. University application fees
• 2. Visa fees
• 3. Medical or biometrics fees
• 4. Insurance or travel expenses
• 5. Courier or translation charges
• 6. The student must follow the refund rules of each respective organization.

8. Service Validity

• Service fees are valid for one year from the date of payment.
• After expiry, the student must renew the package if required.
